The City Development Agency (CIDEA) is envisaged as the generator of an accelerated and successful entrepreneurship development. It aims at contributing to the qualitative development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and city`s economy through service provision, business support and the improvement of business environment.

In cooperation with authorized city administration departments and based on its defined goals, CIDEA focuses all of its activities and available potential on the support and development of small and medium-sized enterprises while maximizing the efficiency of its services for business support. Its final objective is the promotion of entrepreneurship and self-employment.
