Due to the current global COVID-19 crisis and officially declared outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic by WHO on March 11, 2020, the City of Banja Luka hereby informs that proposals of conceptual design for the mutlifunctional hall/congress center within the International General Public Competiiton may be submitted by May 21 2020 until 23.59 (GMT + 1). This will be the final deadline for design submission. Other competition requirements remain unchanged.
