Support to start-ups from Innovation Center Banja Luka

Mayor of Banja Luka, Igor Radojicic, and RS minister of science and technology, Jasmin Komic, visited today the start-ups „Asioso“ and „Digivox“ that recently started their businesses in the new premises of the Innovation Center Banja Luka. The premises were granted to the center by the City of Banja Luka.

In his statement to the press, Mayor Radojicic reminded that the City Assembly had passed a decision in the summer of 2017 that three 350m² city-owned business premises should be granted to the Innovation Center for the purpose of developing start-up business.

– The City of Banja Luka is determined to support the development of start-ups, especially in new technologies sector. These two new start-ups employ 17 people that will have opportunity to work and generate good revenues. We plan to make use of the two remaining premises to serve the same purpose. In case that more space would be required by the Innovation Center, the City will be at its disposal for further cooperation – Radojicic said.
