A new and better quality taxi service for persons with disabilities has been in function for nearly two months.

The service is called „In Taxi“ and has been available all day long since May, which was welcomed by its beneficiaries.

The City of Banja Luka introduced this service in 2016 and is the first city in Bosnia and Herzegovina to have done so.

-Being quite aware of the problems that persons with disabilities face on a  regular basis, and aiming at their community participation in its full capacity, we have not only retained the previous service, but we have improved it too, the Department of Traffic and Roads reports. The City of Banja Luka cofinances the taxi fare.
