The first cultural center after Banski Dvor – The Milanović House has officially opened its doors. – If you have waited for something for one century, then it is something really big. After one century, Banja Luka has its first temple of culture. The house that was supposed to be torn down, now shines – said Mayor Draško Stanivuković. He said that in this central part of Banja Luka just two and a half years ago, there was neither a wonderful promenade nor a Book Park with a monument to Kulin Ban, and here today, in addition to all that, we have the first cultural center. – This house will be the center of cultural, intellectual and artistic expression and creativity of those who thought they had no place in this city. This house will forever be open to every artist, both known and unknown. This is the house of all of us, of every resident of the City of Banja Luka. Now that we open this door, it will always be open – emphasized the mayor. He invited all citizens to visit the center and follow the programs offered to the audience.
