Banja Luka is the first city that provided its fellow citizens with free building permits for structures up to 200 square meters, as well as free designs for the construction of family homes.

This includes free building lots for large families and for young married couples.

 

– In addition to all these measures that our fellow citizens expect in the coming period, we have already provided free connections to the water and sewer network. So, when all five measures are summed up, we reach BAM 50,000 of support from the City per one multi-member family – said Mayor Draško Stanivuković.

He reminded once again that Banja Luka is recording excellent results in tourism, and due to the new decision on unlimited working hours for catering facilities in the city center, it will have even better results.
