Urban markets are now open

A variety of local home made products can be found now on the shelves of urban markets in the local communities of Nova Varoš, Obilićevo and Borik. Together with representatives of the Delegation of the European Union to BiH, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and representatives of the “EU4AGRI” project, Mayor Draško Stanivuković visited the regional market in Nova Varoš.

As the mayor said, this is an extremely successful project, worth around 300,000 BAM, which the City of Banja Luka is implementing in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in BiH and the Czech Development Agency (CzDA).

The mayor thanked the European Union and the United Nations Development Program for having funded this project, and expressed hope that good cooperation would continue with other projects.
